A process with gates, not promises
Every step has a checkpoint and a document. Nothing moves forward until you approve what came out of the previous one.
Send your RFQ
Tell us what you need: specification, drawing, reference photo, target landed cost, quantity and deadline. If you only have a photo of a competitor's product, that is enough to start.
Supplier screening
We search the market, filter out trading companies and confirm real production capacity. You receive 3–5 candidates with a comparison table covering price, MOQ, lead time, certification and export experience — plus a note on who we rejected and why.
Samples & confirmation
We order samples from your shortlisted factories, inspect them on arrival at our office, photograph them side by side, and consolidate everything into one parcel so you compare like for like.
Factory audit & contract
Before money moves, we audit the factory on site and send the report. Terms are locked in a bilingual contract: specification, tolerances, packaging, lead time, penalty clauses and IP ownership. Deposit is released only after you approve the audit.
Production, in-line check & final inspection
You get weekly progress updates with photos. At 20–30% completion we run an in-line inspection to catch problems while they are still cheap to fix. Before shipping, a final AQL random inspection decides whether the batch passes.
Consolidation, shipping & delivery
Goods from all suppliers arrive at our warehouse, we verify quantities, pack to export standard, book freight and prepare the full document set. You receive loading photos, container seal number and tracking until delivery.
What we check, and when
We work to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) sampling. Default is General Inspection Level II.
| Stage | When | What we verify | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-production | Before mass production | Raw materials, components, colour and specification match to approved sample | Material confirmation report |
| In-line (DUPRO) | 20–30% completion | Workmanship, dimensions, function, early defect trends, packing method | Interim report + corrective action |
| Final random (FRI) | 80–100% packed | AQL sampling: appearance, function, dimensions, labelling, carton strength, quantity | Pass / fail verdict with defect photos |
| Loading supervision | Container stuffing | Carton count, condition, stacking, container seal number | Loading photo set + seal record |
AQL, in plain English
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is the number of minor defects tolerated in a random sample. For most consumer goods we use 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor. Critical defects — anything unsafe or illegal — are zero tolerance, always.
- Critical: 0 accepted (safety, regulation, broken function)
- Major 2.5: noticeable defect, customer would complain
- Minor 4.0: small cosmetic issue, customer would not return
If a batch fails
Failed batches do not ship. The factory reworks or remakes at their own cost, and we inspect again before release. Because balance payment is tied to your approval of the report, you are never pressured to accept something you are not happy with.
- Defect catalogue with severity and count
- Root-cause note from the factory
- Re-inspection at factory cost
- Your approval gates every payment
Realistic timeframes
These are typical, not sales promises. We will tell you if your deadline is not achievable.
