Questions buyers ask first
A transparent service fee agreed in advance — usually a percentage of order value, or a flat project fee for one-off sourcing. You always see the factory price and our fee separately.
There is no fixed minimum on our side. What matters is the factory's MOQ. For small trial orders we often consolidate several buyers into one production run.
We sign an NDA before contacting any factory and register tooling under your name. For sensitive products we recommend a Chinese-language contract and registering your trademark in China.
Balance payment is not released until you approve the inspection report. If a batch fails, the factory reworks or remakes at their cost, and we re-inspect.
